Technical Specifications

Bench made of thick ply board, reinforced with teak wood where required. All visible surfaces laminated with white Decolam Lamination. Filter seat has rubber padding for perfect rubber-to-rubber sealing. Panels made of Perspex sheet, anodized aluminium frame, transparent door. Work table covered with stainless steel 304 sheet. Provides work area conforming to Class 100 of revised US Federal Standards 209-E.

Bench made of Stainless Steel 304 grade with transparent front door. Work table covered with stainless steel perforated sheet. Supplied with Super Air H.E.P.A. Filters (99.97% down to 0.3 microns) protected by grill. Blower assembly: ½ HP Electric Motor with balanced blowers (noise & vibration free). 70% air recirculated, 30% exhausted through VIRUS BURNOUT UNIT (HEPA + UV Tube) before entering atmosphere (Type A2). Microprocessor LCD controller with automatic UV sterilization when door closed. Filters: Use & change time alarm, static pressure manometer (acrylic body), cock for gas, 10ft exhaust ducting.
